Asali sells written reviews of YouTube channels, based only on public information. A person checks every review before it is sent; as our method grows, AI drafts more of it, and our Privacy Policy names any AI service before it reads your data. We never need your password or access to your account.
Asali uses YouTube API Services. By using Asali you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Asali is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
We email your review within 24 hours of payment, with a link to read it online. If it isn't delivered within 24 hours of payment, we refund you in full automatically, and you still get the review. If the channel is private, doesn't exist or has fewer than 5 public videos, we tell you and refund in full.
Full refund within 14 days if the review isn't useful, and an automatic full refund if it isn't delivered within 24 hours of payment. You keep the review. Details, and how to ask, are on our Refund Policy page. This adds to your legal right of withdrawal; it doesn't replace it.

We check how your channel is set up and give you ranked, specific fixes. We don't guarantee any number of views, subscribers, income or clients. Results depend on your content, your niche and what you do with the fixes.
Services we carry out on your channel are separate orders. We agree on the scope, price and timeline in writing before we start, including any access we need and how you can remove it. A Business review comes with a $100 discount on one service, valid for 30 days.
Your review is for your own use. Agencies may resell reviews only under a separate white-label agreement. We may use anonymous, aggregated numbers for research, but we never publish your review or channel name without your written consent.
You may order a review of any public channel. Please don't abuse our free tools: no automated requests, no multiple accounts to get around limits. We may block access if this happens.
You must be 18 or over to buy from Asali.
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Write to hello@asali.app and we'll reply within 5 business days. Consumers can also use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz).
Czech law applies. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live.
The date at the top shows the current version. Changes never apply to orders you've already paid for.
